Summary: Excellent all around! Location is a 5 minute walk from the main part of town, beautiful setting, gardens, property. Check in staff was very welcoming. Great value for the money, stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage Tracy Erin, was spacious and clean.

Summary: This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely try to stay here.

Summary: The place was very Charming and had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and had all the necessities. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the jacuzzi tub was not functional and after walking up and down all of those hills would have felt very nice. The hostess is a very sweet lady. Will stay again.

Summary: Nice place. Fun atmosphere. Clean & well kept. Walkable to shopping & restaurants. Having no couch was odd. We had to sit on the floor or hard chairs to hang out together. No stove in kitchenette. Parking is difficult. Still overall a great & memorable stay.

Summary: In the description, the room says it comes with a parking spot. Every night when we arrived, we had to call and ask for a parking spot, because our assigned spot was taken and she would say to park wherever. On the last night we were instructed to park on the street. That was not okay. Roads are winding and dark and I have a toddler to get in and out. Host said that the loading zone turns into a parking spot overnight and to just park there. Unsatisfied with this response, I hung up. Five minutes later, I received two voicemails from the host that were not very pleasant or professional. She said she hunted down whoever was in our spot and had them move and we could go park. She said it took a lot of effort to hunt them down and that *sigh* hopefully I go and use them. The rooms were alright, I would have stayed again, but after the experience we had with the parking and hosts attitude when asked to have the parking spot that was included in our room and advertised as a reason to stay, I will not stay again or recommend to anyone else.
